Al Ain Tour

Rightfully nicknamed  "Garden City", Al Ain is a breathtakingly beautiful inland oasis located in the Eastern region of the UAE.  Al Ain is renowned for its natural springs, palm groves, and the famous Jebel Hafeet - the second highest peak in the UAE, that overlooks the city.
Al Ain is a rare blend of the old Emirati cultural heritage and the advanced modern-day elements. Among its attractions are the culturally rich museums with archaeological artifacts such as coins, pendants and arrowheads that are as old as the sixth millennium BCE, the Al Ain zoo with over 4000 animals, lively food markets,  and the serene Al Ain date palm oasis with mesmeric walkways,  and a traditional falaj irrigation system that is almost 3000 years old!

All about Al Ain Tour

This all-day Al Ain city tour package by Nomads takes you from Dubai to Al Ain - a 4000-year old oasis at the heart of the Rub al Khali desert. The city, whose name literally means "the spring" has an air of timelessness that will immediately transport you to the historical past of the UAE.
Here you will be driven through the vast desert and visit the Al Ain Museum. The museum is a glimpse into the UAE's fascinating culture and history. Right from old Bedouin jewellery, traditional garments, musical instruments, the museum will explore into UAE's rich cultural heritage.
The same applies to the camel market, which is distinctively different from the rest of the city. A peek into the Arab native culture, this is the last remaining camel market in the UAE. Since camels are central to the Emirati lifestyle, the market is a site where locals from across the region bargain for different breeds of camels with traders from Yemen, Pakistan, Sudan, and Afghanistan. Tourists can participate in mock races and pose for pictures with an array of camels.
The Al Ain Oasis, a UNESCO world heritage site, has over a 100 varieties of date palms. You can savour the shade of these palm trees and enjoy a rejuvenating dip in the local springs.
The tour also takes you to the famous Al Ain Zoo, a family-friendly attraction with animals like the Oryx, African gazelles, elands, white lions,  tigers, jaguars and spotted leopards.
To round up the tour is a drive to the top of the Jebel Hafeet mountain. The Jebel Hafeet mountain road is one of the best driving roads in the world. This drive up to the summit is bedecked with photographic views of the city's landscape. Rising to 1,240 meters, the panoramic view from atop the peak makes for a truly enthralling experience.
This spectacular tour includes a buffet lunch national park fees, and a private guide for your group.
